Aurawave is committed to providing quality services and an excellent client experience. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services. Please review this policy carefully before engaging with our services.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Aurawave for social media consulting, growth strategies, brand collaborations, and related services are generally non-refundable. Our services involve significant planning, time, and resources to deliver customized support and strategies, and therefore, refunds are not typically issued once a project has commenced.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a payment has been made in error or was charged twice, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate payment.

Service Not Rendered: If, for any reason, Aurawave is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund.
3. Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel their service before it has begun, they may request a cancellation in writing. Depending on the timing and circumstances, Aurawave may issue a partial refund, deducting any costs incurred in the initial planning or preparation stages. Cancellations after services have started will generally not be eligible for refunds.
4. Disputes and Dissatisfaction
Aurawave strives for client satisfaction, and we encourage open communication if you have concerns about the services provided. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us at hello@aurawavesocial.com. We will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns in a timely manner. However, dissatisfaction alone does not entitle the client to a refund unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within [10-15] business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and clients will receive confirmation of the refund via email.
6. No Refund for Completed Services
Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. The client’s acceptance of deliverables will serve as acknowledgment that services were provided as agreed.
7. Policy Updates
Aurawave reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will take effect upon posting.
